Qualifications

•3+ years experience with social media marketing or content development

•Direct experience using Google and other Adwords management tools

•Direct experience using social media management tools

•Experience managing a team and building out efficient social media schedules

•Demonstrated ability to post creatively 'on the fly' medical/ Aesthetics Devices

•Strong knowledge of Medical/ Aesthetics Industry.

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and is effective in a variety of communication settings i.e. one to one, small and large groups, and among diverse styles and position levels

•Innovative and comes up with useful ideas that are new, better, or unique

•Learns quickly

•Takes on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

•Willingness to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities

•Strategize and execute a results-driven social media plan

•Manage a growing team of social media coordinators

•Maintain a paid social budget for campaigns across different platforms

•Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, specifically Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.

•Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy

•Creation and editing of written, video, and photo content

•Optimize our strategy for sharing in-house email content and newsletter content

•Monitor social media channels for industry trends

•Review analytics and create reports on key metrics on a regular basis
