We're looking for a Marketing Associate to support the strategic marketing operations where we transform our data into insights, engage with customers and press through various channels, and drive market awareness and understanding of the Antenna mission. In this role, you will apply your organization, analytical, and detail-oriented skills in managing our marketing channels and supporting the full breadth of marketing activities in order to bolster Antenna's positioning as the ultimate consumer behavior authority in the Subscription Economy. You will be instrumental in generating insights for a variety of audiences and tracking results across social, earned media, and our own blog/newsletter.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Media & Entertainment Antenna is remote-first and welcomes applicants from anywhere in the United States.

What You'll Do

Support time-sensitive and critical Marketing initiatives that utilize analytical thinking, presentation building, and/or other technical skills. For example:
- Support the creation of market-facing insights by analyzing Antenna data and creating external-facing materials for executive presentations, press workbooks, newsletters, and other special projects
Track and report out industry press and news, like earnings briefs, etc. Owns the day-to-day management of our key marketing channels and operations. This includes but is not limited to:
- Maintenance and management of Antenna's webflow website, including successful delivery of key feature improvements.
- Management of Antenna's social accounts, like Twitter and LinkedIn, including writing and scheduling posts.
- Responsible for Antenna's Mailchimp account; ensuring integration and coordination between marketing and new business CRMs.
Build efficient and scalable processes and systems for the Marketing team. For example:
- Drive the production, organization, and management of Antenna assets by developing and managing a content management system.

Who You Are

Strong knowledge and experience with using Excel to review and analyze data, and Powerpoint to create compelling presentations. Experience with SQL or passion for data visualization is a plus
Excellent organizational skills that naturally lends to building systems to manage large, disparate amounts of information
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
Strong communicator when writing and speaking; can distill a lot of complicated information clearly and succinctly
Self-starter with a record of efficiently learning new skills and tools
Interested in the business of media and entertainment

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is an annual salary range of $40,000 - $60,000. The final compensation will be determined after evaluating a candidate's experience, skills, etc.
