You have experience with analysis of breaking news and filing clear, concise copy on deadline. Newsletter and social media experience preferred.

You are fluent in data and analytics and can responsibly incorporate user behavior into your editorial strategy.

- Select articles for featuring across the U.S. Apple News ecosystem, with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and context.

- Write sharp and engaging copy in the Apple News voice. Work with editors to ensure your work meets all aspects of our house style and standards.

- Explain and provide context around complex news stories, often on tight deadlines.

- Work cross-functionally to support News projects and goals.

- Surface bugs and other performance issues.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $118,500 and $178,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
