We are looking for a customer marketing contractor to join our marketing team in construction vertical. This role will support the Customer Advocacy Program Manager with strategic and scalable customer programs that drive retention marketing initiatives. You will help customers succeed and contribute to compelling stories on connected construction, innovation, and the advancement of the construction industry. A successful contributor in this role will have a collaborative style, demonstrate flexibility, and be driven to help the team and the customer succeed.

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of customer or retention marketing, or other relevant marketing experience required
Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in business, marketing, or related field
Customer-obsessed with a “what’s best for the customer” and “customer-first” mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deep curiosity, excellent listening skills, empathy, and ability to get things done in a collaborative team environment
Work well with time-sensitive project deadlines
Flexible, can-do attitude, with the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
Experience in Program Management

Responsibilities

Support comprehensive customer advocacy programs such as customer advocate tracking and customer award programs.
Create and manage the internal advocate newsletter creation and distribution.
Track and manage updates to the internal customer quote library and internal customer logo library.
Support high-priority customer programs for our industry conference and our University
