Position Responsibilities

Collect photo/video assets of jobsites, culture, and internal or external events, including identifying and documenting key milestones, documenting key services/capabilities, and coordinating schedules and relevant travel details.
Assist with conceptualization, ideation, and development of new and innovative methods of showcasing the Company’s capabilities, services, culture, and other key messages via visual assets, including photography, videography, and graphic design.
Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external company events.
Assist with the conceptualization, storyboarding, scripting, and production of video content.
Assist with ideation, creative development, and incorporation of marketing strategy and goals into digital and print campaigns/materials.
Assist with maintaining corporate brand consistency, including updating brand standards, editing/reviewing materials created by other teams, and advising on brand application across a variety of platforms and venues.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on the creation of all brand visual assets, including photo, video, and graphic assets for digital and print campaigns/materials, including but not limited to project profile library, quarterly newsletter content, proposal and award submittals, email campaigns, and jobsite-required materials.
Collaborate with in-house or out-sourced creative/visual professionals to develop branded visual and multimedia asset for both internal and external content.
Collaborate with teammates and third-party agencies to support the Company’s overreaching brand strategy and manage social media presence, with emphasis on the sourcing and creation of photo, video, and graphic assets – and with an eye toward brand consistency and relevancy, as well as utilizing analytics to improve assets over time.

Required Skills

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including; Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient with Basic Photography/Videography Equipment and staging
Experience with Drone Operations preferred, or interest in learning
Experience with WordPress or other CMS websites and email marketing software (MailChimp, Emma, Constant Contact, etc.)
Experience creating, staging, and editing photos and videos
Must be a self-starter and able to think independently
Strong focus on customer service
Able to multitask, take constructive criticism in stride, and work with the team toward a common goal
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, the ability to meet strict deadlines, be detail-oriented and attentive to creating high-quality work product
Have a comprehensive understanding of our Company’s products and services as well as our clients/audience and competition

Required Experience

Bachelors’ degree in PR, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing
1-3 years of experience in marketing or in a related field
Experience in the construction industry is preferred
