Athletes' Edge Physical Therapy is looking to hire an energetic and passionate Administrative Client Care Coordinator!

We're Looking for someone with:

Confidence in the ability to educate people on what we do, how we do it, and emphasize the value in it

A strong familiarity with fitness, sports, health, and wellness industries

A high comfort level being the "face" of our company as a patient's first touchpoint in their physical health and wellness journey

The ability to be a true team player - our team works together to reach a common goal and mission

Part-Time (10-20 hours) with the opportunity to transition to full time if desired.

Wages: $18+ per hour with bonus structure

Flexible sick time, vacation, and schedule

What You'll Do:

patient/client communication, scheduling
managing staff schedules
answering phone calls, texts, emails, faxes
creating/managing/preparing newsletter, blog posts, social media as needed
Manages day-to-day operations of the clinic
Monitors performance of staff and facility on a weekly basis and provides feedback to CEO/Owner
opening/closing clinic tasks
Facility Care
Attends/helps plan staff meetings
Assist Staff in Marketing events
Marketing Duties
ect.
