Azimuth Corporation is seeking a talented Administrative Professional to join our AFRL team in the Dayton, OH area. The ideal candidate will provide stellar administrative support and utilize a variety of systems including Microsoft Office, Automated Business Services System (ABSS) and LiveLink to generate and provide business and financial data/work products to management.

Provide overall business operations support:
- timekeeping assistance, organization, ordering supplies, formatting memos, Weekly Research Team Seminar coordination, personnel roster updates
- Prepare laboratories for quality compliance and passing inspection
- Facilitate communication via monthly hallway displays and quarterly newsletter
- Virtual and on-site meeting and visitor coordination
- Security and Policy Review submission proofreading
- Work Unit assistance
- Records Management
Comply with established security regulations pertinent to sensitive mail handling procedures.
Plan, organize, facilitate, and secure the location for workshops and off-site meetings.
Provide onsite meeting support, capture and track workshop action items and create meeting minutes.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.
Demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Bachelor’s Degree (experience in lieu of a degree will be considered)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Desired Qualifications

Experience using AFRIMS and LiveLink to maintain file records in accordance with Air Force guidelines regarding records handling and disposition.
Experience using Automated Business Services System (ABSS).
Proficiency in DTS, and ATAAPS.

Physical Requirements / Travel

Must be able to work in an office environment at a desk and computer.
May travel ~10% to conferences, program reviews, industry meetings, or other collaborative events. Most or all travel would be CONUS.
