We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Partnerships Coordinator (Beauty) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for the beauty industry and a talent for sales and relationship building. As the Brand Partnerships Coordinator, you will be responsible for securing sponsorships from beauty brands, building strong relationships with them, and selling advertising on our website, social media, newsletter, and beauty box.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Get on calls with beauty brands to secure sponsorships and build long-term relationships with them.
Identify new brand partners and creative opportunities for collaborations.
Sell advertising on our website, social media, and newsletter to brand partners.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Work effectively with team members to execute campaigns and ensure quality.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Passion for beauty brands, products, and trends.
Knowledge of online marketing, especially in the beauty industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong persuasion abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on sales and marketing metrics.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing is a plus.

COMPENSATION:

Base salary plus commission.
