Beyond Beauty Project is looking for a passionate, creative, and highly-motivated individual to join our small team! You will work closely with the Founder to creatively execute a consistent, targeted, and impactful message across all multi-media platforms, manage content creation and engagement on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn), scale outreach and communicate with potential partners, provide assistant related support, and more.

Responsibilities include:

Work closely with the Founder to creatively execute a consistent, targeted, and impactful brand message across all multi-media platforms.
Create, schedule and manage content for social posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
Track social media analytics and engagement to identify high-performing posts and posting times
Scale outreach and communicate with potential partners including brand and influencer sponsorships, potential podcast guests, contributing writers, etc.
Manage Editorial space and communicate/coordinate with contributing writers
Update and manage various media lists of potential brands, clients, and partners
Develop copy for website, social media, pitches, podcast materials, and workshop materials
Coordinate Monthly Newsletter and assist with email marketing and specials
Assist with executing tailored media outreach with the goal of securing coverage for the Founder in the form of interviews, articles, feature stories, etc.
Manage internship program and assist in hiring
Assist with administrative tasks and responsibilities including managing calendar, scheduling meetings, and sending reminders.
Provide additional account related support as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

Currently enrolled or graduated in related field such as Marketing/Communications/Business/PR
Working knowledge of major social media platforms and tools
Working knowledge of marketing strategies and how to use concepts through various forms of outreach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
Commitment and passion for BBP’s mission
Experience using Google Workspace, Hootsuite, CANVA, Planoly, or iMovie is a plus!

Hours/week: 10-25 hours/week
