THE GIST:

Our client, renowned global investment firm, seeks a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team in San Francisco. This role will provide creative & operational support to the Head of Marketing and be an integral influence on marketing & event strategies for the firm. The ideal candidate will thrive in the dynamic day-to-day operations of the department, while confidently bringing new ideas to the table!

THE NITTY GRITTY:

Assist with core marketing functions including email correspondence, copywriting, social media presence, and virtual & in-person events
Manage the marketing event & content calendar
Compose monthly newsletter
Support social media strategy by curating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring platforms
Oversee campaign and website performance by provide corresponding analytics & insights
Maintain CRM database (Salesforce)
Attend firm events and provide onsite support
Track budgets, expenses, and invoices
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes, implement new tools, and execute implementation
Provide administrative support and assistance with ad hoc projects, as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:

2+ years of administrative experience or working in an office setting
At least one year of experience in marketing
SaaS and/or B2B industry experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred
Superior copywriting & editing skills
Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of an organization
Personable & professional communication style
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, & Salesforce
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Splash, and/or Monday, a plus

COMPENSATION: Base salary: $130,000.00-150,000.00 together with a discretionary bonus, health insurance, paid time off, 401k participation with a company matching program, wellness stipend, personal education allowance as well as a commuter benefits program. (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
