The right person for the role will have the following characteristics and skills:

Excellent organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable with database management software
Comfortable communicating with clients via phone and email
Basic marketing design creation skills (Canva or Adobe)
Basic video editing skill
Someone who is flexible and a team player
Someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats as is the nature of a small company

Position Responsibilities

Manage Robust Gifting Program

Client information contact and gift preference tracking
Purchase gifting supplies
Manage birthday recognition program
Home purchase anniversary program
Weddings and Babies gifts
Referral program
Closing gifts
Client pop-bys
Support Team Lead in other gifting as needed
Deliver packages to post office from time to time
Schedule UPS pick-ups as needed

Manage Client Events

Print event invites, flyers, etc.
Supporting planning and manage one summer client event
Supporting planning and manage one holiday client event
Plan and manage monthly client happy hour in office

Manage Team Events

Manage ordering for monthly team lunch
Organize and manage summer team outing
Organize and manage holiday team outing

Manage Office and Support Team

Open and close office daily as needed
Manage all packages and mail
General organization and tidying
Answer phone and doorbell
Order office supplies, snacks, and beverages
Help Rob manage car tidiness for clients
Tidy Rob’s desk
Coordinator / scheduler for team meetings and events
Support execution of annual operations calendar

General Marketing Support

Create listing flyers
Support execution of annual marketing calendar
Social media Management
Draft Friday Newsletter for Team Leader
Translate Friday Newsletter into content for social media and blog
Website and blog management and maintenance
Mail monthly marketing mailings to client base
Support robust video program
Ensure client review tracker is kept up to date
