Assists the HR Manager and Director of HR in conducting interviews of employees to gather information on employee attitudes towards their work environment and supervision received to facilitate resolution of employee relation's problems by performing the described below. Serves as a liaison between management and employees by facilitating employee communications within the organization through the use of: The Company newsletter, Flyers, Bulletin Boards, Enclosed Cases, Employee Suggestion System, and customer comments. Promotes company goals through Community Projects/Events and other special projects as directed by the SVP/General Manager, Director of Human Resources and the Human Resources Manager .

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Gathering information on employee's feelings about factors that relate to work morale.
Assist with Employee Exit Interviews.
Conducts interviews to gather information to facilitate resolution.
Compiles information for unemployment hearings and tracks win/lose record for Horseshoe relative to hearings.
Assist in Coordinating Horseshoe Review Board Hearings.
Works closely with department to evaluate departmental procedures and policies.
Assists departments in measuring effectiveness of service standards.
Meets with management to discuss possible actions to be taken concerning problems.
Serve all employees with the highest level of confidentiality, trust and efficiency.
Service all departments with respect and a caring attitude.
Other duties as may be assigned.

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Word and Excel.
