Job Description

The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for promoting Global Casino Operations both internally and externally as appropriate. The person should be creative, able to manage a variety of online tools and coordinating marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a cohesive and coordinated communication strategy is applied for team members, both on shore and on ship. This includes creating and moderating content for social media, as well as developing newsletter emails and web posts.

The Digital Media Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating Acquisition Marketing efforts, as appropriate. This includes social media, web and email campaigns aimed at existing and future partners.

The Digital Media Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring that our guest-facing content, whether on social, web or through email, is developed and maintained.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Design, coordinate and manage digital media campaigns aligned with business goals, for all areas, including employee engagement, acquisition marketing and guest facing marketing.
Establish and maintain a social media presence for our employee engagement efforts and delegate area specific content to appropriate respondents.
Liaise with the Marketing & HR Services teams to ensure proper prioritization and work-alignment.
Assist in the development of employer branding strategies to aid in talent attraction through employee recruitment and retention efforts.
Track KPI’s as agreed with the various leaders, and timely reporting of these.
Hold responsibility for curating uniform content across the varying employee and Guest facing platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education/Major: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing.
Required Years and Area of Professional Experience: 2+ years in a digital marketing role.
Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Including Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Proficiency in Data Visualization Platforms (PowerBI, Tableau or similar). Demonstrable digital marketing platform experience.
Other Requirements: Knowledge of appropriate data privacy laws.
Preferred Education: Marketing preferred.
Preferred Experience and Type: Prior experience in digital marketing and managing social media campaigns. Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proven experience working within diverse; Excellent communicator in written and verbal form; Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity; outstanding team players.

The range for this role’s base salary is up to $55,000.Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
