Support Business Development Team

Design and manage the creation of RFP’s, qualifications packages, contracts and other RFP / RFQ requirements
Work with various team members to produce illustrations, infographics, complex long-format documents, and interactive presentations

Brand Champion

Maintain CUBE 3 brand standards across the firm
Carry assignments from concept through production, including marketing collateral, brochures, booklets, interactive presentations and templates
Design signage and environmental graphics
Support the Marketing team with design and coordination of all required assets, collateral, and stationary

Content Collateral

Assist with firm publicity including awards submittals, publications, and newsletter pieces
Organize professional photo shoots of completed projects
Organize photography for staff headshots and other cultural events
Assist with content for social media, e.g. creating graphics, video editing and creation
Advertising: design advertisement graphics, keep track of publication schedule, work with publication and advertisers for timely and useable ad submissions
Design and production of all event related marketing materials and communications, online and offline, booth graphics and other marketing collateral; interfacing with print vendors as necessary
Maintain the CUBE 3 website with new project pages and updated graphics

Internal Communications

Responsible for maintaining the firms Intranet site with all internal-facing communications
Assists CUBE 3 senior management team members with internal firm events and other special projects

Requirements

Experience and Education

Minimum of 4-5years related experience in marketing communications and graphic design
Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or an equivalent level of experience
Strong portfolio of work including finished designs; concept drawings/process books a plus
Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry a plus

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong typography, layout and conceptual skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Solid professional service, effective time management, and cost consciousness
Resourcefulness in solving problems
Excellent people skills and an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Technical Proficiencies:

Windows PC and Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Video editing
WordPress
OpenAsset (Preferred but not required)

Additional Qualifications

A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and driving record, as deemed acceptable by our firm’s liability insurance carrier, must be presented and maintained.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time exempt position, with a minimum expectation of 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of the position, the employee may often work more than 40 hours per work week (i.e., Monday – Friday), as well as some weekend and off-site work. The employee typically is required to be present in and working out of the Company’s office in North Andover, MA Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays. Our standard office hours are 8:30am-5:30pm however there is flexibility in the employees work schedule.
