Job Title: Email Marketing & Automation Specialist

Role Overview

World Choice Investments, parent company to Dolly Parton's Stampede, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, and other family-friendly brands, is seeking a detail-oriented Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to support and strengthen our lifecycle marketing efforts across multiple brands and locations. This role will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing, SMS marketing, and marketing automation initiatives that drive engagement, increase conversions, and support revenue growth. This is an on-site position based in our Pigeon Forge, Tennessee corporate office.

You'll design and build engaging email campaigns, then manage and enhance automated workflows in HubSpot, using segmentation, personalization, and performance insights to continuously improve results. You'll play a hands-on role in campaign strategy, visual email design, list management, A/B testing, and reporting, ensuring communications are timely, targeted, and aligned with each brand's voice and guest journey.

This position requires someone who enjoys blending creative design with data-driven optimization. You'll collaborate closely with our digital marketing team to refine processes, expand automation capabilities, and elevate the effectiveness of our email and SMS programs across our growing portfolio of family-friendly entertainment brands.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, & Marketing Automation

Develop, design, and execute email marketing and SMS campaigns for multiple consumer-focused brands
Create compelling email copy, subject lines, preview text, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions
Design visually engaging, on-brand email campaigns and templates that deliver an exceptional guest experience while following email marketing best practices
Create dynamic content and messaging based on visitor data and behavior
Conduct A/B testing on email design, messaging, subject lines, and automation strategies to continuously improve performance
Build and manage HubSpot marketing automation workflows, including triggered emails and customer journeys
Monitor, audit, and troubleshoot workflows to ensure proper functionality and performance
Create and optimize lead capture forms in HubSpot that support database growth, segmentation strategy, and a seamless guest experience
Create and manage lists within our database, including strategic segmentation, list hygiene, and growth strategies
Support contact list imports and database updates for internal teams, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
Ensure compliance with email marketing and SMS regulations and best practices
Monitor marketing reply inboxes and bounce notifications, escalate guest inquiries as appropriate, and update contact records to maintain database accuracy and deliverability health
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
Create and maintain reporting dashboards to communicate campaign performance and insights
Collaborate closely with our social media, digital advertising, and content marketing teams for consistent messaging and campaign alignment
Develop and maintain process documentation
Stay up to date with industry trends

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience
4-6+ years of experience creating, designing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, including hands-on experience with marketing automation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and responsive email design
Hands-on experience building and managing automated workflows within HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
Demonstrated ability to design visually engaging, mobile-responsive marketing emails using HubSpot, Canva, or similar design tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
