JOB DESCRIPTION:

Work with the Marketing and Operations teams to define, develop and implement seasonal marketing campaigns and events, e-newsletter design, and website optimization.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
3-5 years of experience with digital marketing platforms and best practices (Mailchimp)
3-5 years of experience with SEO and Google Analytics
3-5 years of experience creating content for social media including Instagram Reels and TikTok
Familiarity with various website backends (WordPress, Squarespace, Wix)
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player
Strong time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
BS/BA in Marketing, Digital technologies, or a similar relevant field
Ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment

SCHEDULE & LOCATION:

Office located at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyards

Monday to Friday and select weekends for special events and photoshoots
Partially remote and travels to Charleston marketing office and businesses

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Email Marketing

Produce nine newsletters with varying cadences using Mailchimp
Analytics management

Upload wedding image albums for Pippin Hill and Cannon Green

Third-Party Platform Management

Eventbrite (photos)
Way.co (photos, copy, & links)
Tripleseat (photos)
Tripadvisor (photos)
Charlottesville Tourism (photos, copy, & links)

Google

Google Business
Google Analytics
Google Ads

Website & Content Management

Content revisions for all 10 websites using Squarespace, WordPress, and Wix
Maintain EPG press page with relevant articles and awards
Maintain web-social integration for all 10 websites
Manage SEO updates and perform quarterly audits
Update WUFOO forms including Wedding Retail and Heritage Wine Club

Coordination of Seasonal Events

Pippin Hill Cooking Classes, Watercolor Classes, Cut Flower Workshops, Wreath-Making Workshops, Cookie Decorating Workshops
Zero George Floral & Wine Classes

Additional tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director
