Responsibilities:

Write engaging and informative social media posts for various platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
Monitor and respond to engagement across social platforms to maintain a positive and active online presence.
Stay up-to-date with relevant social media trends and hashtags to ensure that our content remains current and engaging.
Keep informed about recruitment industry trade publications to stay informed about the latest news and trends.
Create, review, and optimize blog posts to drive traffic to our website and increase brand visibility.
Develop and execute newsletter campaigns targeting both customers and candidates, ensuring that our messaging remains consistent and relevant.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience, including internships.
Experience with Canva or other graphic design programs to create visually appealing content.
Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various platforms.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Experience in the recruiting industry is also a plus, but not mandatory.
A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
