Position Summary

Eleven is seeking a talented Digital Designer to join their growing in-house creative team to deliver best-

in-class designs across digital platforms including email, web, social, video, and paid media. While the

focus is primarily digital asset development, this individual may also contribute to other strategic branding

work and collateral. This role will support multiple businesses under Eleven Capital Management,

including Eleven, an adventure travel company with extraordinary lodges in remote and remarkable

corners of the world.

We are looking for both an independent thought leader and contributor for design strategy, who has a

passion for storytelling, is self-motivated and detail oriented. The individual should be well versed in best

practices for web and email, as well as offline print production. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye

for design and photography selection that connects with sophisticated, high-net-worth audiences.

Responsibilities

 Recommend and create assets for a variety of digital platforms including email, web, social,

video, paid media, and other performance marketing efforts to drive conversion.

 Design highly effective, weekly email newsletter campaigns in a timely fashion; iterate on designs

based on performance.

 Create email designs for CRM programs and transactional emails in Salesforce.

 Conceptualize and develop wireframes and prototypes for websites.

 Create and execute concepts for digital advertising including display and video. Work with paid

digital marketing agency to optimize creative on ongoing basis.

 Identify and crop fresh imagery for website monthly.

 Build and maintain a media asset library for the website.

 Work closely with in-house creative team to ensure alignment of brand's visual voice in designs.

 Participate in design discussions and give feedback during planning and strategy meetings.

 Stay up to date on relevant digital design trends to bring creative ideas to the table.

 Support additional offline collateral and print projects as needed.

 Other duties, as determined by manager.

Skills and Abilities

 Solid knowledge of CSS, HTML, and responsive design to create effective email campaigns.

 Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator) or

similar tools.

 Experience with email tools (Pardot, Salesforce) and familiarity with web content management

systems.

 Up-to-date knowledge of digital design trends and email/digital marketing tactics and best

practices.

 Understanding of best practices for desktop and mobile landing page design.

 A detailed oriented team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills.

 Creative problem solver, who provides insightful, strategic and clever input.

 Good communication skills and ability to express design ideas clearly and take feedback

gracefully.

 Ability to multi-task between projects and be prepared to handle on-demand marketing initiatives

with short deadlines.

 Keen commitment to customer service.

 An eye for design and photography selection/editing for a luxury brand.

Education and Experience

 Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in graphic design or relevant industry experience.

 3+ years’ professional experience in UI/UX design, digital design, email design, or graphic

design.

 Experience of working in travel/tourism, outdoor industry, or with a luxury brand preferred.
