My client is an international luxury fashion house and is looking for an experienced ecommerce professional to join their dynamic team. You should have a strong attention to detail and are skilled within operations and merchandising. You should also be able to demonstrate ownership, initiative and handling multiple products at a time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with HQ teams to develop overall site strategy in order to grow US business

• Run weekly shipping and product availability report

• Maintaining and monitoring report accuracy

• Responsible for strategic product ranking

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock depth

• Work with buying team during market to guarantee depth and proper assortment

• Continuous audit of site to ensure merchandising of collections is correct and images are accurate

• Analyze the customer experience and optimize conversion rate

• Partner with email coordinator on newsletter cadence

• Provide support for the warehouse team

• Coordinate packaging replenishment requests with warehouse and Omni Channel stores

• Train new stores on Omni Channel features and best practices

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 3 years of ecommerce experience working in operations

• Strong proficiency with Excel

• Understanding of paid marketing channels and how they impact brand perception and performance

• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit

• Experience working on an ecommerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred)

• Familiarity with web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
