Marketing Specialist Details

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 16.50 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Marketing Specialist The individual will produce our daily online newsletter and assist with other communications duties as assigned, including writing, editing, media relations, audiovisual production and photography, to support the Women’s Business Center and meets all of the grant requirements. The Marketing Specialist shall be committed to exceptional service and work to implement the Communication objectives of the Women’s Business Center. The individual will also compile necessary data on women owned businesses on a local, state or federal level.

Marketing Specialist Qualifications

At least 2 years of practical working experience in the areas of marketing, virtual platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, communications, videography, photography, information technology, website design, writing, public relations, social media management and business administration
Excellent verbal and writing skills and an ability to work effectively with a variety of people is essential
Experienced in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
Strong graphic design capabilities
Experience in coordination of communications projects to include publications photography, website, etc.
Applicant may be subject to a background check
Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
