Compliance Associate Responsibilities

Support company compliance programs, policies, and internal procedures
Review documentation and business practices to ensure adherence to regulations and company standards
Assist with internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments
Monitor regulatory updates and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders
Maintain organized compliance records, reports, and tracking systems
Assist in researching and resolving compliance-related issues
Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership
Support employee training and compliance awareness efforts
Work with multiple departments to implement corrective actions and process improvements
Assist with requests from auditors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams
Participate in special projects and other administrative initiatives as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or a related field
Internship experience or 1-3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, administrative support, finance, HR, legal support, or risk management is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow professionally
