THE JOB & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for interacting with clients on a daily basis, addressing their needs, and maintaining a positive attitude as the face of the company.

Develop relevant and engaging content across all social media platforms and onsite content such as blog posts

Engage with customers across all social media platforms, including comments and DMs

Create visually appealing and engaging graphic designs, videos, etc.

Assist in customer service-related issues

Act as a liaison between company leadership and customers on high-level issues

Read, organize, and maintain the order of all customer support emails

Manage all reputation management platforms and review sites

Maintain a positive reputation across all platforms and BBB

Basic knowledge of HTML
Familiar with SEO tactics and best practices
Microsoft Outlook, Canva, and all Social Media Platforms
Highly organized individual with incredible attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Keep up-to-date and informed with current social media and entertainment trends
Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
Extensive familiarity with all major social media platforms
Experience managing brand social media accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Social Media Brand Management
Create unique, engaging social content/posts
Engage with users on a regular basis
Responsive & swift customer service assistance
Build, maintain, and manage social media campaigns in Meta Business Suite
Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva or other tools as needed.

Plan, create, and run Paid Social campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social networks.

Research current and relevant information to the ticket industry for newsletter articles and social media posts

Customer outreach for conflict resolution and reputation management. As well as perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum one year of experience in digital advertising, social media.

Passion for Search and Internet marketing

Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems

Attention to detail and effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere

Must be current and maintain industry knowledge, trends, etc. in digital space

Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to Internet marketing initiatives and achieve company goals.

High proficiency with Google AdWords and Facebook ads · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a results-oriented environment, both individually and as part of a team

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility

Demonstrated advanced Excel knowledge

Capable of working independently

Desire to learn, grow, and adapt

Strong attention to detail

Experience/interest in the digital marketing industry

Problem-solving skills

This position is full time and based in Gainesville, Florida
