Founded in 1999, Evergreen Real Estate Group is a fully integrated real estate company that develops, acquires, and manages affordable and market-rate multifamily communities across 13 states: Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia. Today, Evergreen owns and manages more than 100 properties and over 12,000 units of multifamily housing, including conventional market-rate and affordable communities for families, seniors, and disabled residents, as well as newly built Class A, assisted living, and memory care facilities.

Responsibilities

Visual Branding:
Create compelling presentation and design elements.
Maintain a visually cohesive brand identity.
Enhance brand recognition and recall.
Content Creation:
Craft engaging multimedia content.
Produce visually stunning graphics, videos, and animations.
Publish approved content to strategic channels.
Contribute to shareable content for digital platforms and social media.
Design and publish a company newsletter.
Source success stories and content with stakeholders and tell the story visually.

· Projects and Support:

Enhance the overall aesthetics of Evergreen and its’ properties across digital channels.
Execute design in various software platforms including InDesign and Canva, video production and editing software, and podcasting software, ensuring adherence to Brand Guidelines.
Complete design tasks, social media posts, and responses to RFQs and RFPs efficiently.
Coordinate publishing and printing activities with finesse and precision.

· Acquire and manage creative assets.

· Support property marketing for new properties, maintaining one Source of Truth (SOT) for consistency across business profiles.

· Utilize the Reputation platform to Review Request Initiatives, fostering positive resident interactions.

· Manage Meta/Facebook/Instagram interactions, curating and publishing engaging content.

· Monitor social metrics and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

· Proficiently use HubSpot for stakeholder support, data pulling, content adjustments, and email campaign management.

· Coordinate onboarding, EREG Intranet content, and support online streaming forums.

· Assist with corporate website implementation, maintenance, and event planning and execution.

· Be a Content Specialist aligning content with our values, mission, and vision.

Requirements

· Proven experience in graphic design, communications, and marketing.

· Skilled with live motion videography, motion graphics, and video production and editing.

· Experience with producing Podcasts, YouTube videos, and Zoom meetings for large group streaming events.

· Expertise with Adobe products- InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva and more.

· Experience with web development programs such as WIX, WordPress, Jumla, or Dopple, HootSuite and Meta.

· Knowledge of apartment marketing, OneSite, and Reputation platforms a plus.

· Familiarity with HubSpot and email campaign management.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.

· Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.

· Proactive, solution-oriented approach to tasks.
