Job Description – Head of Revenue

FSG Digital Inc., operating its flagship brand JefeBet, is seeking an experienced, commercially focused executive with experience building media sales programs and performance marketing operations to join our rapidly growing team.

JefeBet, brings together the news of sport, gambling, and entertainment in one place, made by and for the Hispanic American and Latin American community. Further, JefeBet is launching a real-money online casino in select Latin American jurisdictions commencing in May 2023. Together with other members of the leadership team, the head of revenue will be responsible for driving revenue from the media website, online sportsbook,and online casino.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Partnering with leadership to execute the business’ strategic plan;

- Developing, implementing, and managing performance marketing campaigns for JefeBet’s real-money gambling operation(s);

- Developing, implementing, and managing performance marketing campaigns for JefeBet’s media and newsletter streams;

- Measuring and reporting key performance metrics across all measurable streams to leadership and the wider operational team as relevant;

- Optimizing and iterating upon marketing campaigns based on data driven insights;

- Collaborating with the marketing team on messaging and business models for achieving revenue goals;

- Monitoring the marketplace, understanding the competitive landscape, and developing strategies to drive profitable revenue;

- Developing strategic partnerships that maximize reach and efficiency

- Developing a sales strategy and advertising program for JefeBet.com;

- Executing a sales strategy to drive advertising revenue for JefeBet.com.

Qualifications

In this role, a successful candidate will:

- Have 5+ Years experience in a similar role;

- Have a track record of growing revenue through marketing, branding, and partnerships;

- Be a native Spanish speaker, or fully fluent in Spanish

- Be a native English speaker, or fully fluent in English

- Have a passion for sports, and an understanding of sports betting and/or daily fantasy sports/fantasy sports

- Have a passion for the gambling industry, an understanding of online casino, and other relevant gambling or gambling-adjacent verticals

- Have experience leading teams and influencing strategy
