Job Summary

This is a full-time position, with a salary range of $40k DOE.

You will help meet business goals by producing engaging, compelling content that is of clear value for our target audience: Dentists. The Content Manager will own the content marketing strategy in partnership with the Director of Growth, while also executing on specific content projects, and managing the overall content program to keep people and work on track.

Experience in the dental/medical field is not necessary but is a bonus.

Primary Responsibilities

Create content strategies for various channels, create and maintain content marketing calendars, conceptualize topics and storylines, and execute on high-priority content efforts, leveraging internal and external experts.
Write and edit eBooks, case studies, website copy, blog posts, webinars, emails, landing pages and more that address our target audiences' pain points with the end goal of building awareness, conversions, engagement, and driving leads through the marketing funnel to result in sales.
Serve as the main editor of all content, ensuring Firegang’s voice, tone and style remains consistent across materials and outlets.
Maintain & organize a content library
Develop a strategy to repurpose and extend content to ensure multiple uses, on appropriate channels, to best leverage resources.
Interview internal team members to leverage their subject matter expertise or “get the story” for case studies.
Work in conjunction with the Director of Growth to track, measure, test, analyze and report on content-related initiatives.
Provide support for broad marketing functions as needed: market research, reporting and analytics, email campaigns, general marketing campaigns and materials, company newsletter and internal communication, community engagement, etc.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in B2B content marketing
Exceptional communicator with the ability to tell a compelling story and to distill complex ideas into simple concepts for various stakeholders
A natural sense of curiosity, an instinct to utilize Google and research to solve a problem or learn something new
Excellent writing and editing skills with high editorial standards
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work independently
Great project management and organization skills, experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly self-motivated, self-directed; able to create programs and advocate for what is needed to succeed.
