Forsythe Findley Wealth Advisors is a growing financial services firm headquartered in St. Louis, MO with additional offices in Kansas City, MO.

Our company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This position will report to the VP of Strategic Initiatives and perform functions in support of the outlined marketing efforts for the firm. The primary goals of the role will be in supporting new Financial Representatives (FRs) from their pre-contract period through the first 3 years of their career with Forsythe Findley.

Responsibilities

Firm Level Marketing

Manage the new hire Onboarding Guide, implement updates from all relevant departments
Create weekly custom social posts unique to what is happening within the firm
Firm Event support
Proactively engage with vendors to acquire quotes for the various events and conferences, products, and printing
Create and manage media files (photos and videos from events)
Firm weekly emails with update on past events and upcoming events

New Advisor Marketing

Create brief biographies and collect headshots to update the website & Monthly Newsletter
Mockup business cards & order from preferred vendor once FR is contracted with the firm
New FR Event support: Creating invitations, setting up RSVP links/QR readers
Collaborate as needed with FRs on the creation of marketing collateral and assist with FR navigation through compliance approval process
Assist with navigation of resources: Seminar Marketing Center, compliance portal, Microsoft Bookings, FMG Marketing Suite
Maintain communication with to track progress indicators to identify upcoming achievements, anniversary related accomplishments and awards, for FRs and employees where needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Service oriented and a natural relationship builder
Strong Excel skills and reporting, Experience with creative programs preferred
Experience in sales support preferred

Self-starter and ability to work well under pressure
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization
Experience with Visme or Adobe Illustrator helpful
