Role

This Marketing Associate role is vital for the success of both Marketing AND Sales and will help drive growth at new and existing B2B accounts and help drive growth with retailers, Amazon and consumers. You will work hand in hand with the Head of Marketing, Design Director, Sales Team and the Operations Team – with a focus on:

Helping ready products & materials for commercial launch in both B2B and B2C

Driving Sales growth via B2B Email/SMS and other CRM activities

Driving Sales growth via B2B and B2C Social Media Content Calendars and Social Media Posts

Researching and Applying Cutting-Edge AI algorithms in Email, Blog articles, Social Media posts and in Video assets

This is a once in a lifetime role – with direct access to Head of Marketing, Head of Sales and Company General Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage Email and Marketing Automation via Pardot ownership

Create (in conjunction with CMO) and manage marketing content calendar

Brand Management

Trademark Set Up & Renewal

External Building Signage Management

Ensure team is using correct branding according to guidelines

Marketing Campaigns (leads & prospects)

Campaign Planning in conjunction with sales team

Coordinate Asset Creation (content/graphics/videos/emails/etc)

Campaign Management

Campaign Tracking

Social Media

Social Media Account Management

Content Planning

Coordinate Asset Creation (content/graphics/videos/etc)

Social Media Tracking

Email Marketing

Quarterly Newsletter Management

Communication of Company/Brand Announcements/Updates

Communication of Product Announcements/Updates

Coordinate asset Creation (content/graphics/videos/etc)

Marketing Literature

Label Creation/Updates

TDS Creation/Updates

SDS Creation/Updates

New Product Initiation

Manage Trello NPI Board

Coordinate with SDS & TDS Creation

Manage Label Creation & Compliance

Artificial Intelligence Application

Center of excellence for application of best AI solutions and their application

Promotional Products

Promotional Product Research/Planning

Coordinate Graphic Design for Promotional Products

Requirements

4 year college degree or equivalent

Able to see the big picture. Look long term with a "business owner" mindset

Detail and task and deadline oriented

MUST* be proficient in Adobe Illustrator as well as other Adobe programs

Self motivated and self driven

Process driven and/or willing to follow set out process's

Comfortable with change and fast moving environment
