Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firm in the US, is adding a Marketing Coordinator to their Acentria team in Destin, Florida.

Main Areas of Focus: Graphic Design utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, social media graphics and posting across multiple platforms, Content writing, Website maintenance, marketing automation and segmentation, building signage and planning, coordinating and executing multiple events.

General Accountabilities:

Responsible for designing and implementing marketing collateral in both digital and print, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and must be proficient with programs such as: Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
Deliver graphical content via LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and other social media outlets
Assists with marketing and advertising campaigns, social media postings, organizing promotional events and updating event calendars
Establish, Coordinate and Execute fully encompassing marketing campaigns for the organization's insurance producers to generate leads/prospects
Coordinate content and deliver electronic organizational newsletter communications and other like-minded campaigns, utilizing marketing automation software
Assist with planning and executing organization's Annual Conference and other large scale meetings
Maintains accuracy amongst location lists by updating listings through various platforms such as Google My Business, Apple Business, website, etc
Basic website updates utilizing WordPress platform
Assists with public relations initiatives as needed
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Provides support to marketing department initiatives and undertakes individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities
Conduct and report on market research to identify new marketing opportunities and help shape future marketing strategies
Collaborate with other Marketing Coordinator team members to effectively accomplish overall team marketing initiatives and goals
Serve as a power user on marketing programs and software to include: Asana, HubSpot
Serve as the liaison with outside signage vendors to ensure branding and co-branding standards are met with new locations, mergers/acquisitions and/or office consolidations. Work in conjunction with the Facilities Regional Director and SVP of Marketing
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities including HubSpot, Google, Asana Certifications, etc.

Requirements:

Proficient with Office Suite Products
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
Organized and detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Self-starter
