Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Remote)

Gerben IP is seeking a self-motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn and comprehend complex topics. This position is a remote.

Responsibilities

• Offer support in the planning, implementing and monitoring of marketing projects and initiatives.

• Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral for social media, the website, and email newsletter

• Management of outside contractors

• Evaluate data and create reports

• Writing and editing content

• PR reach outs

• Event planning and coordination

• Provide support in identifying marketing trends and key opportunities

Skills/Qualifications

• Willingness to learn

• At least 1 year of experience

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication details

• Attention to detail

• Ability to learn and comprehend general knowledge about a complex topic

• Good understanding of marketing principles

• Ability to pivot between tasks if needed

• Critical thinking skills

Nice-to-have skills

• knowledge of SEO

• knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

• knowledge of Google Analytics
