Position: Community Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Tracks and measures conversion rates, engagements and other key metrics for campaigns; adjust as needed to maintain high conversion rates in the Facebook communities.
Provides creative engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
Assist our community manager during live training with any technical issues or creative needs.
Submits Graphic Requests to the social media team these requests include quote graphics, requests for all upcoming events, new announcements, reminder calls, morning motivational graphics.
Conducts monthly reports on the group analytics, to see the performance of each post. This helps determine the kind of posts that are working as well as when.
Schedule posts out as far in advance as possible. Some posts that stay the same can be scheduled out up to three months in advance.
Trains on Cardone U, read all the books and gather information that can be used as content for each group. Post all the events we’re having in the Events section, ensure the community is always aware of what is happening from HQ.
Provides community manager with topics and assignments (Ensure the proper links/assets are working)
Attends events and showcases “behind the scenes” shots to our community. This keeps them involved while also giving them a reason to come to our future events.
Ensure no moderation alerts have gone off, block those who violate rules, mute those who are promoting their businesses on our platform
Comment, like, and ensure comments and posts are active
Post all the events we’re having in the Events section, ensure the community is always aware of what is happening from HQ.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Graphics or relevant field preferred
Familiarity with scheduling tools for social media, like Hootsuite
Proven work experience as a community coordinator/ Social Media
Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
Basic knowledge of adobe photoshop/ illustrator / Canva
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Hands on experience with social media management for brands
Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Has outstanding skill sets in writing/editing/research

This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL.
