Greenhouse is looking for a Content Marketing Writer to join our team!

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Editorial Content, the Content Marketing Writer will be responsible for developing content that will accelerate Greenhouse's brand awareness and market position. By partnering with collaborators like the Talent Acquisition team, Customer Marketing, and Sales team, this person will help to enable scalable growth across target segments and markets by crafting Thought Leadership content materials. These assets would include blogs, resource section, newsletter, and ebooks. This is an exciting opportunity for a storyteller to join a high-growth organization and develop a narrative that has a direct impact on how we educate customers on how to succeed in hiring.

What You’ll Do

Create compelling marketing content to support company goals and content marketing strategy
Lead content projects – including blog and guidance articles, ebooks, case studies, and more – aligning with Greenhouse’s business objectives that generate high value for our customers and audiences
Uphold Greenhouse’s brand tone & voice, messaging and positioning in content across our blog and website
Partner with members of the marketing team and cross-functional partners to understand the landscape of the market and develop content that differentiates Greenhouse and our products
Understand content marketing analytics reports and provide thoughtful recommendations based on data-backed insights

You should have

Experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or writing experience
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong communication and project management
Proven track record of effective B2B content writing
Ability to autonomously manage writing projects and effectively carry them to completion
Ability to thrive in a growing and dynamic environment
Experience working in SaaS/HR tech organizations, a plus
Experience using publishing platforms, a plus

The national pay range for this role is $94,000.00-$141,000.00. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local cost of labor.
