Key Responsibilities:

Communications:

Create and manage engaging content for our newsletter.

Coordinate trade eBlasts and other communication materials to targeted audiences.

Public Relations:

Craft compelling press releases and PR materials.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists.

Advertising:

Manage advertising strategies.

Develop and execute social media ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Plan and coordinate print ad placements, transitioning to digital content.

Website Management:

Oversee content creation and updates for the North American website.

Manage and maintain the retail lead system, allocating territories and expanding the lead program.

Ambassador Management:

Maintain and update the list of current ambassadors and prospects.

Organize ambassador events in various locations.

Content Creation:

Produce engaging videos and images focusing on new and existing models.

Collaborate with professionals, ambassadors, and university students for attractive content.

Organize and print catalogs for the US market.

Event Organization:

Manage logistics for boat shows, dealer shows, and events.

Coordinate materials for various events in collaboration with dealers.

Reporting:

Generate KPI reports and analytics using platforms like Google Analytics and META account for FB/IG.

Conduct competitors and market studies – SSI quarterly reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing roles with campaign management success.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in relevant software and platforms.
