Hustle & Heart Homes is a real estate company that specializes in providing exceptional services to our clients. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating and executing various marketing initiatives for the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in real estate, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize their workload.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and goals
Create and manage social media content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track and report on the effectiveness of our social media campaigns
Use design software such as Canva to create high-quality graphics and visuals for social media and other marketing materials
Create and distribute monthly newsletters to our clients and subscribers
Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns
Manage and update the company's website with relevant content and information
Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that align with their needs
Monitor and report on industry trends and news relevant to the real estate market
Assist in organizing and executing company events

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role preferred
Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts
Proficient in design software such as Canva
Excellent writing and communication skills
Experience with email marketing and newsletter creation
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
