Nature & Scope

Your Piece of the Puzzle

Reporting to the Director of Operations and working in conjunction with our Service Delivery and Client Experience teams, the Brand Specialist will coordinate and execute the organization’s digital and social marketing strategy. This will include content creation, posting to all social media sites, and streamlining all marketing and branding initiatives to maximize reach, exposure, and impact.

The success of this role will be measured by the increase in followers on company social pages, expansion of brand recognition, candidate attraction, and new client acquisition as a result of strategically targeted marketing campaigns.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities

Tasks That Will Lead You to Success

· Coordinating, implementing, and executing our digital marketing strategy through various platforms and channels

· Content Creation and posting to all company social media sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.)

· Asset management for strategic company partnerships

· Management of outside marketing and media relationships with partners in TV, radio, digital, and outdoor

· Management of multiple brands falling under The Imagine Group umbrella (distinct marketing and messaging for each brand)

· Coordination of marketing events that take place in-office and offsite

· Collateral management and revisions (logos, fonts, colors, etc.)

· Website updating and programming as needed

· Management of company newsletter/blog: content generation, posting, and replies

· Analytics management: Google and assets with partners

· Reporting: ROI on marketing initiatives tied to strategic imperatives

Requirements & Qualifications

Skills/Experience That Will Help You Thrive in This Role

· You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field; higher level of education a plus

· You have at least 3+ year of experience in a related business-to-business (B2B) marketing role within a professional, fast-paced setting

· You have experience leading digital and social marketing and branding campaigns targeting buyers of services (instead of products)

o Experience in third-party staffing or talent acquisition industry a major plus

· You’re creative by nature and are able to consistently drive content creation to all social sites

· You have excellent computer skills and are highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

· Your communication skills – both written and verbal – are excellent, allowing you to interact and work effectively with a broad range of people, including company partners

· You are organized, meticulous, and detailed in your work; you like things being done correctly and accurately, and you have a measure-twice-cut-once mentality

· Time management and prioritization are part of your personal and professional life; you know how to pivot, reset, and recalibrate when needed; being punctual and understanding the hierarchy of high-priority tasks is important to you

· You have the ability to effectively multitask and juggle numerous projects, duties, and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality

· A positive attitude, optimistic outlook, and high emotional intelligence help you respond to challenges and recover from negative incidents

· You have proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills, allowing you to generate creative solutions as needed
