As our graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating banners for our articles, templates, and graphic elements for our newsletter, various client-facing, and internal PowerPoint presentations, developing lead gen materials, and designing promotional items such as flyers and branded T-shirts. You should be familiar with Figma, Google Workspace and Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Figma is our primary design and prototyping tool, and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for illustrations and photo editing.

Responsibilities

Create engaging and visually appealing graphic designs for various marketing materials
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the brand guidelines and creative strategies
Work on various design projects such as banners, ad designs, templates, presentations, lead gen materials, and various (print, web) promotional items
Provide creative and innovative ideas to enhance the brand and marketing campaigns

Requirements

5+ years of experience in graphic design
Strong skills in Figma, Google Workspace and Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
Have a strong work ethic, with the ability to deliver quality designs under tight deadlines
Experience in creating designs for marketing materials such as banners, templates, presentations, and various (print, web) promotional items
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, brand identity, advertisements, and multimedia design
You pay attention to detail, with an eye for consistency and delivery
You have a strategic approach and the ability to explain the rationale behind your design
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Skills or Experience

Previous experience working with blockchain companies
Previous experience working with marketing agencies

This can be a remote, hybrid, or in-office position. Candidates interested in a remote position must be willing to work in North American time zones: CST, MST, PST, or EST.
