This role will serve to:

As a hands-on leader and doer, this role will work side-by-side with InRhythm's leadership team and consultants to execute innovative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and establish InRhythm as an industry thought leader
Overhaul all aspects of the online brand and in particular strengthen our employment brand as an outstanding place to work
Set up inbound and outbound lead generation programs, to include regular rhythms for client-focused outbound activity and talent outreach
Create content-rich, story-driven, SEO-optimized web content targeting product leaders in the financial space, potential new clients, and top-tier consultants
Events rhythms: Monthly client “lunch and learns,” quarterly hackathons and trainings, Monthly CTO Breakfasts, Product Breakfasts, Monthly Core and Beta practice meetups
Communications rhythms: client- and talent-focused newsletter campaigns.
Build networks of positive sentiment, create and connect with people and engage with potential clients and consultants
Create and execute a strategy for our high-impact social channels (Ex: Glassdoor, Github, Stackoverflow etc).
PR strategy and regular updates (twice a month)
Industry presence - Get senior management to speak / participate in 1 industry event per month.
Think outside the box. Propose and execute on creative marketing initiatives to boost InRhythm’s market presence and reach as a thought leader, as well as driving marketing qualified leads
Write and implement a comprehensive content strategy, including creation of our editorial calendar and content resources such as: eBooks, case studies, blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.
Partner with Sales team to roll out marketing initiatives that allow us to reach new and existing clients in innovative ways
Create editorial calendar. Create content for industry newsletters

Who you are

We are looking for a candidate with a diverse skill set requiring:

Strong hands-on marketing experience working for consulting or professional services organization organization in Technology
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a digital marketing role, focused on customer acquisition (agency or in-house experience are both fine)
Strong ABM, Content-marketing, Inbound Marketing experience
Strong familiarity with setting up and running marketing automation platforms like Hubspot and/or Pardot
Deep knowledge of social media best practices for B2B
Extraordinary attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills An eye for design - we want our materials to look elegant
Must be a self-starter who can prioritize and be productive with minimal oversight
