Duties/Responsibilities

To build and represent the company brand to the outside world.

Corporate Marketing responsibilities:
- Design, produce, and consult on a variety of external communications materials (including but not limited to executive communications, social media, and intranet)
- Create and deliver press releases and media relations content
- Manage events/conferences, build executive bios, peaking abstracts, and presentations.
- Work with project teams to identify and develop case studies, white papers, and success stories
- Create graphic marketing and promotional materials, both in print and digital
- Copyedit, proofread, and revise external communications in a timely manner
- Recommend, implement and maintain website design and operation
- Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references
- Manage and maximize the HubSpot platform. Design and launch marketing campaigns
- Research media coverage and industry trends
- Research and apply for industry awards
Internal communications responsibilities:
- Create and deliver corporate newsletter content and all-hands content
- Create company literature and other forms of communication
- Copyedit, proofread, and revise internal communications in a timely manner
- Maintain brand standards, brand guidelines and adherence to branding standards
- Other duties as necessary for meeting performance expectations

Required Qualifications

BS in Communications, Marketing, or relevant field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications or media relations
Proven strategic planning and media relations skills
Strong communicator with ability to negotiate, persuade and counsel effectively
Great interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management as well as with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must possess a high level of written and oral communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products including PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Word, Project
Experience with WordPress or similar for website content management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
Experience working on a multi-disciplined team or within a team-environment
