Minimum Qualifications:

The Successful Candidate MUST Have The Following Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience Implementing Salesforce CRM System Solutions.
Must provide certification of prior work experience from one (1) previous clients and samples of prior work from one (1) previous project.
Prior professional experience working with Salesforce CRM.
Must provide certification of prior work experience from three (3) previous clients and samples of prior work from three (3) previous projects
Prior professional experience working with Exact Target Newsletter Marketing.
Must provide certification of prior work experience from three (3) previous clients and samples of prior work from three (3) previous projects
Prior professional experience with Open APIs.
Must provide certification of prior work experience from three (3) previous clients and samples of prior work from three (3) previous projects
Prior professional experience with Software Interfaces.
Must provide certification of prior work experience from three (3) previous clients and samples of prior work from three (3) previous projects

Information/Documentation Requirements

At least two (2) most recent client references (including client name, project name, project scope summary, dates of performance, project costs, roles/responsibilities, delivery performance, staff members on project, contact name, contact phone email, contact phone #) for similar type and scope of services specified in the scope of work within the last 5 years. Preference will be placed on public-sector client references
Candidate must provide a description of their approach to the scope of work (questionnaire will be provided by CCS Account Executive).
The selected candidate, who will be working on the BOS-CRM Systems, must be able to pass a Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) background check, if requested by the client.
The selected candidate MUST be available to commence work on or before April 7, 2023.
