Intention.ly is seeking a skilled and versatile content strategist/copywriter with wealth management experience to write across a portfolio of client accounts. This role is responsible for producing clear, compelling, compliance-aware copy that helps RIAs, wealth management firms, broker-dealers, and fintech companies connect with advisors, investors, and consumers.

The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills with real financial services and fintech fluency, develops copy that is original, compelling, and optimized for both AEO and traditional search, and works well under deadline pressure across multiple accounts.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Writing

Write website copy, email campaigns, blog posts, social content, and marketing collateral for clients across wealth management, investment management and fintech
Translate complex financial, regulatory, and technical concepts into copy that is clear, accurate, and easy to act on
Write within compliance guardrails common to RIAs, broker-dealers, and investment managers
Develop and maintain distinct brand voices across a range of clients
Adapt tone and format for the channel, whether that's a landing page, a nurture email, or a LinkedIn post

Client Collaboration & Strategy Support

Partner with account leads and strategists to turn client goals and briefs into high-performing copy
Contribute to messaging frameworks and positioning work during client onboarding and campaign planning
Support client meetings and reviews with copy rationale when needed

Quality & Process

Edit and proofread your own work before it goes to review
Support peer review and quality assurance across the content team
Manage multiple client projects and deadlines simultaneously, maintaining high-quality output
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor messaging, and audience needs

Cross-Channel Collaboration

Partner with paid media, design, and marketing automation teams to develop integrated client solutions.
Apply AEO and SEO principles to copy structure and language where relevant to the client's goals

Required Qualifications

5+ years of copywriting experience, including direct experience in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
A portfolio that demonstrates range across website copy, email, social, and long-form content
Strong understanding of compliance considerations in regulated financial marketing
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and brand voices simultaneously
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of AEO and SEO best practices, including keyword research, search intent, on-page structure, and how content is surfaced and cited by AI answer engines
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms
Experience writing award submissions or executive bios
Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously strongly preferred
