Investor Loan Source is a private money lending company that provides high-quality investment property loans to real estate investors. We offer several real estate loan products to serve a variety of investors and property profiles. We are searching for a talented marketing professional that specializes in social media content creation, graphic design, and video editing to work full-time on-site in our office in Houston.

Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities

Creates compelling graphic designs and layouts for advertising, social media posts, digital marketing content, email marketing, direct mail, display graphics, and company forms
Captures, edits and distributes photography, marketing videos, and podcasts
Coordinates procurement, inventory, and distribution of promotional items and giveaways
Assists the marketing department with ongoing marketing programs including website updates, blog posts, social media marketing, digital advertising, email newsletter production
Coordinates conferences and events
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Keeps department operations including digital asset storage and file naming conventions organized
Follows, and in some cases helps to establish brand guidelines
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications / Skills

Highly creative
Graphic Design, Photo and Video Editing using Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Apple IOS Platform preferred
Website Content Management and SEO using WordPress CMS
Social Media Content Creation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proofreading and good attention to detail
Can work alone as well as with at team
Able to quickly adapt to changes
Can be creative while working within brand guidelines

Education And Experience Requirements

High School Graduate, Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-3 years of experience with social media marketing and content creation
Working knowledge of Canva, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, MailChimp and WordPress
Driver’s License
