Summary

Throughout your 12-week internship experience, you will work closely with the Marketing Coordinator on strategic initiatives for business development, marketing, and support operations. You will gain experience through extensive projects in writing, asset management, social media, team engagement, and CRM.

Duties And Responsibilities

Create and cultivate content for social media, website, and e-newsletter
Develop creative and technical writing for blog posts, one-pagers, customer resources, and external platforms
Provide tactical support for CRM management and the implementation and analysis of marketing campaigns in all key markets
Update email marketing database, group texting, website, social media, marketing collateral, press releases, and awards submissions
Manage multimedia assets
Coordinate community engagement partnerships
Capture and create evergreen video content
Assist in the design and development of marketing collateral and digital materials
Support development and execution of company events

Work Environment/Physical Demand: 

This is a full-time office position. This position requires long periods of sitting and standing. Occasional job site visits where climbing is involved may also be required.

Position type and expected hours of work: 

This is a full-time internship. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm.

Travel

This position may require travel occasionally to local job sites.

Required Experience, Education, and Qualifications: 

Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, or English
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Strong written and communication skills
General knowledge of various marketing channels
Video and digital editing skills
Experience with social media management and analytics
Ability to gather and interpret data from reports
Organization and prioritization skills
