KRC 行政助理將在會長 (President) 的指導與事工主任 (Director of Ministry) 的監督下，支援 KRC 各項事工。本職位為中英雙語約聘職位，起薪為每週 10 小時，並有機會在入職後 6-12 個月內增加至每週 15-20 小時。

職位要求 (Requirements)

對神國事工充滿熱情。
具備雙語能力，精通中英文口說與書寫。
精通科技應用，熟練使用 Google Workspace（如 Gmail、Google 雲端硬碟系列軟體）。
具備良好的溝通能力，能根據需要透過電子郵件、電話、簡訊及 LINE 與同事輕鬆協調。

工作職責 (Duties)

一般通訊： 管理 contact@e-krc.org 以處理所有對內與對外需求。
日程安排： 管理 KRC Google 日曆以處理所有對內與對外之排程需求。
數據管理： 根據需要收集、整理並分發所有事工檔案與資源。
募款支援： 提供所有募款活動的行政支援；管理每年數次的實體郵寄活動；追蹤並更新「神國精兵」(Kingdom Warrior) 與「勇士」(Soldiers) 捐款人名單。
雜誌寄送（每 4 個月一次）： 維護並更新所有雜誌寄送名單；負責監督來自台灣的雜誌寄送，包括與 KRC 編輯、神國出版 (Grace Publishing) 及共同寄送者就海關、發票與分發時間表進行協調。
營會與活動（通常每年 1-2 次）： 協助同事進行地點預訂、活動報名、餐飲及住宿安排，並擔任參加者的現場資源人員。
MailChimp 電子郵件： 協助電子報製作人員及事工負責人進行推廣（包括電子報、焦點報導、宣傳與募款）。
KRC 社群媒體： 協助管理 Facebook（台灣/美國）、Instagram、LINE、WhatsApp、LinkedIn、TikTok 。
KRC 網站 (e-krc.org)： 與網站管理員合作更新及增加網站內容；管理線上報名與捐款通訊。

工作環境與應徵方式

KRC 行政助理將採遠距工作（主要依據美國東部標準時間 EST 排班），唯需偶爾實體出席營會與活動。需每週與 KRC 會長及/或事工主任開會，並協助管理每月一次的晚間 Zoom 活動與會議。

We’re seeking a ministry-minded Admin for our small but expansive Christian nonprofit, Kingdom Resources for Christ.

We are a 27 year old ministry focused on promoting Kingdom Resources for churches and individual Christians.

The KRC Admin supports KRC ministries under the direction of the President and the supervision of the Director of Ministry.

This is a bilingual (Chinese & English) contract position, starting at 10 hours per week, with the possibility to grow to 15-20hrs per week within the first 6-12 months.

Requirements:

A passion for Kingdom ministry
Bi-lingual, proficient in speaking and writing in both Chinese and English.
Tech savvy, proficient in Google Workspace (gmail, google drive suite)
Good communication, able to easily coordinate with coworkers by email, phone, text, and LINE as needed.

Duties:

General Communications

Manages contact@e-krc.org for all internal and external needs.

Scheduling

Manages scheduling and the KRC google Calendars for all internal and external needs.

Data Management (managing all ministry files as needed)

Collects, organizes, and distributes all files and resources as needed.

Fundraising (admin support of all fundraising efforts)

Manage physical mailing campaigns several times a year.
Track and update our Kingdom Warrior and Soldiers donor lists.

Magazine Shipment (once every 4 months)

Maintain and update all Magazine shipment lists.
Primary oversight of magazine shipment from Taiwan, including coordination with KRC Editors, Grace Publishing, and co-shippers, on customs, invoicing, and distribution timelines.

Retreats & Events (typically 1-2 times a year)

Assist coworkers with location booking, event registration, meal and lodging arrangements, as well as serve as an on-site resource for attendees.

MailChimp Email (Newsletters, Highlights, Promotions, Fundraising)

Assist our newsletter creator and ministry leaders with promotions

KRC Social Media (Facebook TW/US, Instagram, LINE, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, TikTok)

Work with website admin to update and add content to the site
Manage online registration and donation communications

The KRC Admin will work remotely (mainly on an EST schedule), except for occasional in-person retreats and events, and will meet weekly with the KRC President and/or Director of Ministry, as well as attend and help manage monthly evening zoom events and meetings.

KRC is a genuine mission-driven team of part-time contractors, board members, and volunteers. We produce KRC magazine, engaging YouTube channels and podcasts, and numerous equipping workshops throughout the year.
