KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of data management, information governance, and electronic discovery services, is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for an exciting new opportunity.

The Digital Marketing Specialist position is primarily responsible for the project management and execution of Digital Marketing activities including advertising, direct marketing, collateral, promotions, and other marketing programs, while assisting with newsletter programs, events, and public relations. Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams at a project level to produce effective marketing programs. Responsibilities for this position also include assisting in the identification of digital marketing activities as well as the development of marketing plans to support overall product revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Project Management – Facilitate, plan, and project manage at a project level. Ensure timely completion of milestones and tasks defined for marketing projects and plans such as product launches, marketing events, ad programs, collateral development, marketing giveaways for events, etc.
Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages, measure experiments and conversion tests, and optimize user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
Evaluates emerging technologies.
Marketing Automation - Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards. Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth. Support essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.
Search Engine Marketing - Conduct market research on keywords, consumer trends, and competing brands. Analyzing and interpreting research and analytic data to inform the marketing strategy. Designing and developing online marketing campaigns to maximize search engine returns and website traffic. Implementing PPC advertising campaigns and SEO best practices. Monitoring SEM analytics such as redirects, click rates, and customer acquisition rates. Managing and adjusting PPC budgets to ensure maximum ROI for paid adverts. Coordinating with the designers and writers to ensure that all content is aligned with SEO best practices. Generating performance reports and analytics for presentation and review.
Assist in Marketing Planning – Help research, evaluate, and identify activity to assist in the development of marketing plans that meet business objectives.
Budget Assistance and Administration – Work with Marketing and Accounting teams to ensure all marketing expenses are recognized in alignment with accounting requirements to help balance budgets.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts degree preferred in Marketing, Business Communication, Advertising, Mass Communication, or similar discipline
3+ years of experience in web marketing including SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, banner ads, etc.
3+ years of experience with business-to-business product marketing experience – preferably in the technology industry
3+ years of experience in budget tracking and developing digital marketing programs (above and beyond program execution)
Advanced project management skills including time management, prioritization, deadlines, workflow, and organizational skills
Expert PC skills utilizing various software applications
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking with minimal supervision
Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, business leaders, and internal stakeholders
Effective collaboration skills with cross-departmental representatives
Proficient decision making and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of the legal, information management, or software industries, with previous experience at a high-tech company preferred.
