Lark Interiors is a luxury residential interior design firm, located in the Dallas, Texas area. We focus on ground-up new construction, major remodels, and furnishing projects.

We are looking for a marketing whiz to do the following:

Duties:

Create an annual marketing plan in association with the principal designer
Manage all social channels--creating quality content, engaging with our community, and documenting the design process.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, promotional items, and yard signs
Plan and execute events
Attend events and engage with the Dallas design and construction communities
Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement metrics
Coordinate the weekly blog posts, including all associated graphics for socials
Write and distribute the newsletter monthly
Help improve and refine the client experience
Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses
Schedule brand and project photoshoots

Requirements:

Ascribe to the unofficial Lark motto: don't be a dick!
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related degree preferred. We will consider other degrees (or no degree) if you can provide exceptional work product/ideas.
2-3 years social media experience and strategy development
Proficient in: Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest, Google Analytics, Canva, and Photoshop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
