We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will help design and create marketing materials for both print and digital platforms. Candidates should have a can-do attitude, ready to learn and grow. This is an entry-level role that will support the design efforts of the team. This position is resident in Kansas City, MO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Executing graphics requests including formatting and adding graphics and images in PPT, creating ads for sponsorships, newsletter layout and assisting graphic design team with other general design needs for both print and digital assets.
Assisting graphic designers with gathering/compiling information to complete a project.
Assisting with digital asset management system (Brandfolder), ensuring assets are updated, current and available.
Follows and implements Firm brand guidelines in all deliverables.
Under direction of creative leadership, responsible for executing designs within larger firm initiatives such as event activations and global marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
Proficiency and mastery of PowerPoint – including but not limited to template design, imagery development, consistent formatting and animation
A complete and proficient understanding of the full Adobe Creative Suite software
Strong attention to detail
Minimum of 1 year of design experience
