You’ll work closely with leaders and teams across Milan to develop communications, maintain important company resources, and ensure employees have accurate, consistent information when they need it.

About The Role

This role also owns the accuracy and organization of Milan’s operating manuals and other key documentation. You’ll partner directly with subject-matter experts and senior leaders to gather information, translate it into clear communications, and keep projects moving from initial request through final delivery.

Manage the internal communications content calendar and ensure recurring communications are delivered accurately and on time.

Coordinate change requests with department leaders and subject-matter experts, ensuring updates receive appropriate review and approval.
Create templates, standard language, and communication resources that help leaders effectively communicate with their teams.

Maintain Milan’s brand voice and communication standards across channels and documents.
Take ownership of the quality and accuracy of communications before they are distributed.

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to adjust your writing style based on the audience, purpose, and communication channel.
Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
