About the Company: Nations Realty LLC. was founded in order to help immigrant and underrepresented communities achieve wealth and stability through the power of Real Estate. We’re a team of realtors based in Kent serving Washingtonians across the state. In addition to helping individuals with real estate purchases, we engage the community through educational programming, consulting, and financial literacy workshops.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Community Engagement Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing community outreach strategies that increase public awareness, foster community relationships, and drive customer engagement. This role will play a key role in supporting the company's mission: to be the guiding light for clients from diverse backgrounds and nations as they navigate the intricate landscape of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

Foster relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and event organizers to increase the company's presence in the community
Plan and execute community events, including open houses, community festivals, networking events, etc.
Work with the marketing associates to create and distribute promotional materials and communications
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community outreach efforts, making recommendations for improvement
Use social media to spread awareness, engage in online groups, and maintain a consistent public voice
Manage & organize business contacts
Create a monthly newsletter to maintain client engagement
Administrative duties at the office include: filing papers, answering the phone, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or AA degree preferred but not required
2+ years of experience in community outreach, marketing, or a related field
Experience creating and managing social media accounts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience with public speaking and presenting
Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of local community organizations, businesses, and key stakeholders
Ability to work independently, create your schedule, and take initiative
Individuals must be based in Washington State
Able to commute to the Kent office at least twice a week
Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Benefits & Pay:

Part-Time Position: 20-30 hours a week
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
Necessary tech: laptop, phone, etc.
Quarterly bonuses based on closed transactions and performance
