POSITION: Director, Sales and Marketing

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTS TO: Integrator/Chief Operations Officer

Job Summary: This individual is responsible for managing the marketing team and coordinating day-to-day advertising and marketing activities. The marketing manager is also directly involved in the development, implementation, and tracking of the strategic marketing plan.

Education and Experience: College degree, including business-related courses (sales and marketing emphasis).

Five years experience in a medical office working as a marketing manager or marketing assistant.

EOS Experience preferred.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, QuarkXpress, Photoshop, Filemaker Pro, and Illustrator.Excellent, Canva, communication skills, oral and written.

Customer service oriented with a focus on quality care.

Strong organization skills with attention to detail.

Management of multiple projects simultaneously.

Highly professional image.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

MARKETING

Leadership, management and accountability of the marketing team members.

Facilitates weekly Level 10 meetings to ensure effective team communications and progress.

Performs other related duties to ensure effective communication and practice promotions.

Develops, maintains, and implements the practice strategic marketing plan, goals, and objectives.

Develops and tracks marketing and advertising budget; coordinates annual review.

Coordinates market research, competition, demographics, potential, market share, etc.

Develops, maintains, and distributes the marketing tool kit for use at all clinical and surgical sites.

Manages graphic design for all marketing promotions, including advertising, literature, and displays for refractive and general practice needs.

Manages patient tracking database system, testimonials, referral programs, and reports, as needed, to assess efficiency of marketing initiatives.

Manages and updates practice website to ensure effective and current practice promotion, while fulfilling information requests.

Ensures all marketing efforts aligns with brand guidelines.

Oversees and directs all media placement, including television, radio, print, billboards, and other related media.

Designs, produces, and distributes practice newsletter, as scheduled.

Leads practice liaison team.

Publicly supports all Administrative decisions and changes; discusses concerns privately.

Salary: From $80,000.00 per year
