Personal/ Fashion Assistant Opportunity:

We are seeking an organized self starter individual to work directly with the creative director/ founder of OPD NY at our NYC showroom.

This role offers a unique chance to work closely with the founder in various capacities, from daily tasks to design assistance and social media support.

Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

- Manage calendar, appointments, and emails.

- Coordinate meetings, errands and assist at any given task

Design Assistant:

- Support in design-related tasks, including sourcing materials and inspiration and sketching is a plus!

- Collaborate on creative projects and contribute innovative ideas.

Social Media Assistant:

- Manage and curate content for @onepiecedesigns social media

- Assist in responding to messages and website newsletter

- Assist in maintaining a cohesive brand image across social platforms.

Personal Assistant:

-This is a position for someone who loves fashion, sustainability, and wants to gain knowledge of the industry while bringing their skillset to help and assist the brand as well.

-Easy going, determined, eager to work and learn and grow a small brand side by side with the founder.

Requirements:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Background or interest in fashion design or related creative fields.

Photoshop, Illustrator, E-Commerce (Shopify)

- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.

-Marketing and PR knowledge is a plus
