FOC Marketing Manager – Job Posting 

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team to help grow our Family of Companies. This role is for a creative and passionate professional who will work with a variety of diverse teams, including attorneys; paralegals; property tax consultants; wildlife biologists; business development and sales teams; and company leadership to lead innovative marketing solutions.  

What You'll Do 

Email campaign management 
Develop email content and copy for promotional, informational, and newsletter email campaigns.
Manage overall campaign calendar and tracking across companies. 
Manage and report campaign performance; recommend strategy adjustments as needed 
Skills needed: HTML, basic graphic design, copywriting
Events + Sponsorships 
Co-manage and facilitate events and sponsorships including all pre-show planning and logistics, space reservations, collateral, shipping, staffing, giveaways, budget and booth preparation.  
Aids in coordination of guest speaking opportunities. Manages presentation prep and event logistics. Seeks marketing and promotional opportunities via social, email, newsletter feature etc.
Law Firm’s Practice Area Marketing 
Co-develop and assist Business Development with various practice area-specific marketing strategies and campaigns; report performance and recommend modifications as needed 
Work with practice leaders on outreach strategy, copywriting, result tracking, and follow up strategy related to marketing campaigns 
Maintain and update all marketing assets including collateral and branded items  
Manage monthly newsletters across companies 
Create and oversee monthly newsletters including gathering relevant content and publishing to associated web and email platforms
Measure, track and report performance 
Sales support 
Provide support to Sales team including Salesforce reporting and miscellaneous projects 
Maintain and update all marketing assets including collateral and branded items 
Budgeting 
Co-develop annual marketing expense projections and manage spend-to-plan with an ongoing commitment to improving operational efficiency 
Direct Mail Campaigns 
Create direct mail templates in-line with Family of Company style guidelines to promote webinars and services
Update and produce seasonal and monthly direct mail artwork, clean up mailing lists, and work with print house to approve artwork proofs
Create and manage tracking tools, such as landing pages and campaign-specific phone numbers, to measure and report to lead generation from direct mail campaigns
Measure, track, and report campaign performance to leadership and identify opportunities for improvement to future campaigns
Website Updates  
Oversee and implement aspects of website including pricing, directories, web page and landing pages, staff updates, upcoming events, and special projects 
Optimize content for responsive/liquid layouts to improve web performance
Create and manages HTML web forms and CRM data feeds
Previous Wordpress experience required.
FOC: Webinars 
Manage and facilitate webinars across companies including execution of direct mail advertising, paid social media, organic social media, leveraging partner outreach, organizing internal and guest presenters, organizing Zoom events, formatting presentations and reporting lead generation performance 
Serves as moderator of educational webinars, ensuring participant engagement and topical focus
Growth and Performance of companies 
Perform market, brand and product research and analysis 
Monitor external and internal factors for development of new product and market segments 
Work closely with Leadership to continue improvements in delivering complex messages across platforms and appropriate marketing and advertising outlets

Your Experience 

8+ years in marketing or communications 
Direct experience developing and managing strategic plans, budgets against various business goals 
Experience with email marketing tools like Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact or MailChimp 
Experience in web design and HTML
Strong project management and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution.  
Experience with reporting and analytics 
Proficient in the following: WordPress, Salesforce/Marketing Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Microsoft Suite. Photography and video production experience are considered a strong asset.
Experience managing brand social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects on deadline.
Ability to work within a team structure. Previous management experience is considered an asset.

Reports To

This is a Family of Companies (FOC) position, serving both of our brands; Plateau Land & Wildlife Management and Braun & Gresham Attorneys at Law. This position reports to the FOC Director of Marketing. This department is also supported by an FOC Marketing Coordinator.

Location

This position is based in our Dripping Springs, Texas, office. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
